Elle: ya lor. Sigh. cause it's double layers heavy duchess polyester whatever material. then it's closed in stitch. so what ever you want to alter have to pretty much unpick that seams. and cause the skirt is a screw up... which is half the dress... and the fact that it floats on my shoulders...
