jasmine, i agree with yanting. think not all people get back softcopy for layout. think for yanting case, she din print the big album, so make sense to have her layout. and she got them to wrote down on the contract. my other friends from WL got the layout, but they top up alot, so will get...

i tried to bargain for the layout softcopy with the guy who do the layout but mission failed. haha.. too bad for me. :P
