Ladies, I've heard of this place at International Plaza (Tanjong Pagar) - Leaping Lizard where they custom-make shoes as well as have off-the-rack ones. Good for those who have ultra small feet like Size 4 etc who can't find.. or if you have a particular design or need to be ultra high etc..
