Jo, just my two cents' worth on finding a JP. Quickly find one! JP Chan's schedule very packed in Dec, and not available on 9 Dec (my ROM day)..... Just remember to contact the JP a couple of months before your ROM date to sign and file the ROM papers, discuss procedures, timing, etc.. Good...
