Hi Celeste, I don't think so they will charge us for guest chairs with ribbons. They should be include in the theme we have chosen and not asking us to pay for that since we have already paid so much for the banquet.

Hi Celeste, Yes, Hyatt has a gold theme. For VIP tables is covers with white table linen and overlay with gold table linen. VIP seats cover with white/ivory and tied with a gold ribbon. As for the guest table is white/ivory table linen with chairs tied with gold ribbon.
