vicky, i got mine frm this shop called dressmeup, previously was hme based biz, but lately, sandy the owner, opened a shop at far east plaza.. they do have brand new off the rack cocktail/gowns, or u can choose to customize.. their packages are afforadable, include makeup & hairdo also...
