Whatever you do, never call ES Engineering. I was quoted $40 to change kitchen tap but when the plumber came, he says he needs to charge $120 because it is not coming out from the wall. Which HDB kitchen tap has the pipes coming out from the wall? Plus I actually called them 3 times to clarify...
