I think you guys must be surprise but BB gel eyeliner didn't work for me. just half a day and it smudge on me. Not only my eyelid but lower too. Just wondering does it happen to anyone. Pls anyone tell me if they found a good one. FYI my eyelids are oily and so is my skin.
