For us, the service was ok. None of the guests complained so far. Its only the dessert portion that we had many complains. Still very disappointed with them that they had not bothered to follow up with us on this until now.

I have a problem here. For the AV in the grand ballroom, what format of your songs did you provide to the hotel? Mp3? Audio? If audio, self burnt or original cd? Any ex-regent wedding couples to advise?
