hi sweetpea, yes..i did top up for flower arrangements wif a very pro florist. they covered reception decos and hand bouquets for myself and jiemeis. i can give u d contact for quotation no extra cost for banquet seat covers. if not mistaken, no red carpet in the strais room as well.
