Hi overwhelmed I've attended a wedding dinner held at Waterfront Ballroom. The reception area is very presentable. BUT Not to disappoint you but frankly speaking, the ceiling is pretty low and the lightings look like hdb flat with false ceiling. deco wise is normal, nothing unique...
