goh, the bosch oven which you mention does not have the top and bottom heat with fan features which you would ideally required when you are baking. As for the brandt oven, it comes with the top and bottom heat with fan feature.

apple, EWF 1074 has hot wash... the salesman is very irreponsible. If you are looking at electrolux i would suggest that you take the ITALY model by electrolux, EWN 14991. If not, perhaps you can go for WFK 1018 which is suppose to be at $1299. Where did you purchase the machine from?

Ridz.... According to the menu for the bosch machines, speed perfect indicates only HALF LOAD. You can actually download the instruction menu from internet to view. That is why all the latest BOSCH machines does not come with the half load/quick wash function anymore.
