Hi, I used to have acne problem too. But after drinking the "Nin Jiom Pei Pa Koa", my problem has been cured. My method is swallowed 1 teaspoonful of Pei Pa Koa every morning and nite. Then follow by drinking a half glass of plain water after 30seconds. Hopes this help!

Hi Missy, I guess there's a mistake in your diet. We are advised not to take oranges at night. Try to avoid those 'heavy' fruits during dinner time cos our metabolism rate is too low to fully 'digest & convert' the high level of glucose into energy.
