Hi Apuppy, food tasting is for 10pax, u gotta pay 50% if u dun hit their 50 tables limit lor. As for ballroom deco, i dun intend to engage or use addtional stuff (due to budget constraint) so i just use their standard deco. u can probably talk to them at the same time (2mths b4 ur AD)...
