Lee, totally agree with u. I stay in a 4 Bedder, how to find a 1500+ apartment now? The 4 bedder in Austville is about 1200+ only. Also with the Serangoon Reservior just beside us, things are more happening now. U should try taking a stroll for dinner at Punggol Promenade.

I'm still around too though not as frequent as Bigtoes. Actually Park Green has a nice environment n with the development of the Punggol Promenade, this part of Singapore is gonna be great. Furthermore the new developments are so small in terms of unit size. Horrors.

oh limay, its useless even if I give you cos I'm already under their home mortage, so for me its a conversion of loan but for you, you're not, so yours is considered as refinancing. So i'll advise you to check with your current bank whether can they convert your loan to a new one...

limay, if i'm not wrong, for Citibank, the interest rates on deposit is only 2/3 of the interest rates charged on your mortage. cause i've double checked with my banker.

Hi Carol, If I'm not wrong, mine looks rather different from yours. My unit type C6 which is pretty similiar to the most recent showflat which is C5. Even though the showflat was showless but it seem pretty obvious that its a hinged door. Well maybe i'm wrong or it could be that different...
