Jatling Restaurants usually require only $1k deposit. Hotels will need about 3k or 10%. I booked 88 Restaurant so I paid only 1k dep. Why don't u talk to liping from suntec and tell her u have a budget constraint? That's what we told her and she said she'd work smthg out for us.
