Thank you for your reply, we met up with my co-ordinator and have confirmed on the spot. However as my sister is in the waiting list, we'll just have to wait for the other couple reply before we know if we have secured the date.
Same as you ,my sister has commit to min 30. tables...
I'm an ex-Marriot bride. My sis is getting married this yr and planning for a wedding lunch at Marriot too. I would like to check out the perks for lunch. Anyone willing to share with me yr package? Thank you.
I just returned back from HK recently, went to this big shopping centre near Tung Chung MTR station. They have espirit, polo, coach, kate, nike, puma, etc outlets there. Found some great bargains at espirit, coach, polo shops.
me same as you.. light sleeper but my dear snore ... I have to sleep first before he comes to bed otherwise I'll have sleepless nights...
sometimes, I'll wake up in the night due to his snoring... we are not the only ones.. my colleagues also have this problem. but it's unbearable...
I'm not sure if ski pant will helps. Most of us feel coldness on our hands and feet/leg (the body is always well protected with outer coat). So it's best that you can get a good pair of gloves, long socks. When the wind blow, the face can numb within minutes, I use scarf to protect...
I was with Wingo tour. My local agency was Golden Dragon.
Yup, gastric pain, vomiting and diarrhea started day 3 of my tour, I had to skip hotspring bath and last 0.5 day shopping trip. Luckily, one couple brought along some medicine and I finished it off. Haha, till...
It seems like you have a very bad experience at Korea. Actually I had one bad experience at Thailand too. But I think I will still travel with tour to country with communication barrier, it's so helpless when people do not understand what you say and your hand gesture.
No. we reach there at 4plus (if I remember correctly), but the ski ground was closed for maintenance, so we took an hour rest, before we proceed for dinner.
Because I was sick on that day, so I didn't go for hotspring , but the rest of the tour members enjoyed it alot.
Yup, we are from Wingo too. Our group size is 20. No, we went for ski after dinner, think we started at 8pm. Yr tour guide will bring you to collect your gears, then she'll teach you the basic steps to ski and she'll leave u there. We were told to stop after 10, but there are still...
I'm just back from Korea a week ago. I didn't wear leather shoes or boots, so I can't comment much on that. However I wear winter socks (95% wool) and legging, I still find very cold. So on some of the days when the temp drop below - deg, I use the feet heat pad and I think it does helps...
Me too… I had a great time there too even though I fall sick... thanks to Janice and Anthony for the medicine.
Our tour guide is Ms Kim Cheng Yu. I think we were lucky to have met her, Laura and the funky bus-driver.
Yup, the day when we went to Mt Sorak, -18 deg and windy, I...
I enjoy my trip even though I fall sick since day3 of the tour. My tour group were mostly made up of young couples and most of us are first time travelling to winter country so we are all very excited when we see snow. I will try to upload the photos to multiply.
I had my wedding lunch at Marriott Hotel last oct. I like the overall effect. I think their lighting effect is quite impressive.
I think you are still able to book for aug/sept wedding lunch, open up your selection and start calling up.
Just back from Korea 2 days ago. I changed all my SGD to WON at Seoul airport on 27 Dec, the rate was 871.
Not so good rate during that period... sigh... should have changed it in Singapore when it was over 900.
