@Wheelie: yes ur friend needs to operate the projector. I think during rehearsal there will be someone who can reach ur friend hoe to operate the sound system. For SFX there is no projector so I had to print booklets. My helpers needed to learn how to switch on sound system for march in song...

Hi Julia, Readings can be taken from marriage book (meant for wedding mass/services) from any church. You can get Priest or the secretary of the church to help. What is your email? I can send you some templates. ;)

@Chin: I went RCIA @ Immaculate Heart of Mary Agree with von that you don't need 800 for the venue. However, the church florist is charging me 800 for the flowers coz they will be covering quite abit of deco for me.
