We are having a Solemnization luncheon at a hotel, and the dilemma is the auspicious hour given to us to have the ROM is between 1 - 3pm. As you can see it's quite a weird timing, so based on your experience how should it be planned?
Some background, our expected guests is about 60 pax so manageable crowd. The luncheon is 7-course. We would have tea ceremony on that day too, where about 15 elders in total on both sides of family involved. there's no gate crash so our day would start at the hotel directly. So far our thoughts are:
11:00 tea ceremony
12:00 lunch starts
2:30 march-in w/ solemnization on stage (?)
3:00 lunch ends
Just find it a little odd that the solemnization is in the middle of the luncheon. We could put it at the end too but I won't be able to mingle with guests once the luncheon ends.
What you guys think of the flow??
