Change of name after marriage

Hi graduated brides and btb

Just wondering if anyone knows anything bout this.

I know it's easy to just add married name to IC/passport no deed poll necessary.

However, does anyone know if I can simply have it as

MySurname ChineseName EnglishName
Alias
Mrs EnglishName NewSurname
??

Or do we still have to maintain the Chinese name in there too?

Any help would be appreciated.
