The Stage Walk Online Clothes Shopping

Beware of this seller. I suspect this seller won't send out the item by normal mail as they are very irresponsible and even threaten buyer. On the e-mail they mentioned that "We understand where you are coming from". I understand that the seller have my full home address but they are using a hooligan way to threaten the buyer.

Frankly speaking, who will know whether the actual item really been post out co's nobody see it and it just words from the seller or writing on their paper record. I have purchased from a few online clothing shopping seller, I never fail to receive my clothes thru normal mail. I don't opt for courier or registered mail co's there is nobody at home so whenever the parcel reach my door step, nobody will receive it. Whenever I knock off from work, the SingPost have been close and I also need to work on Sat. In this case, normal mail is more convenient for me co's it's in my mail box.

I hope all buyer is aware of their service, If you really like their clothes, please......must opt for courier or register mail. If not they will not be held liable for any lost parcel should customers opted for normal postage. For me, I won't buy anymore from this kind of hooligan seller, just to avoid another scam from them. I believed our SingPost co's I never fail to receive any letter or parcel. Even I purchased many times from Qoo10 and opt for normal postage, I also never fail to receive my items.

hmmm. i've been buying clothes from TSW for the longest time ever and have never had any issues with their postage. Whereas on the other hand, i do encounter lost mail from other blogshops. I don't entirely blame them nor doubt them because u need to know that there's another party involved - Singpost. I used to work there and i tell u, the number of mails and parcels they handle per day is no joke. And there's alr disclaimer stating that the blogshop is not liable for any lost mail. i don't really think it's fair to call them a scam seller...? i understand you're upset over the lost item but i don't think they should be taking the blame bah...?

why not u buy thru registered mail and send it to your workplace? won't it be easier that way? plus u can track ur items as well.

on a side note - my friend's registered mail got lost once too. tracking system shows that it's delivered but he didnt receive anything.
