Actually you could appeal to submit your marriage cert at a later date by letting them know your marriage date, banquet receipts, JP email reply that you booked a date with him etc. I did that too and i appeal to delay for around 6mths.

Probably you have to see what is the auspicious time to fetch bride lst then plan? I'm will be doing lunch and solemnisation on the same day as well and our plan is to have tea ceremony in the hotel instead to save time going to and fro my house and hubby's house.
