Hi Jas Low ceiling and lighting is too bright. I like the location as it is away from busy city area and there is free parking for all. By the way ballroom is too huge for our expected tables and decided to use Peach Garden restaurant instead.

Indeed they are strict and not flexible but service is good overall. Just be carefull on their contract, as one of my friend have problem with them on the postponement even with valid reason. They will stick accordingly to the contract.

25 tables is comfortable but not more than 28 tables
