Once again, I want to give a quick update.. they don't have a very strict diet for me to follow at SHOU, just healthy advices and tips. It has really been going well so far, can feel that i fit into my old jeans better now!

what do you mean by crash diet? don't most centres have a very strict diet that you must follow to achieve the best results?

The therapist will recommend a treatment for your current body condition... normally it's on a case by case basis. I think you can ask for your preferred treatment but it depends on whether your body can take it at that point of time!

Yeah i agree with Lumi C, gotta curb your cravings even though you're receiving treatments at slimming centres. Both parties play a part in this case ;)

What is your problem areas which you're trying to fix? I guess we cannot expect immediate results when it comes to slimming?

I guess everyone has their own opinions. 1 treatment is not sufficient if you want to see effective results. maybe when you go to another slimming centre you can let us know your experiences?
