i agree to a certain extent. i mean eat moderately and not absolutely cut certain food or cut the amount of food drastically. if you do that, yes you achieve your goals pretty soon, but once you start eating. you're bound to put on weight!
I've heard of the making you feel fuller part, but does it really work? These coffee brands are often very expensive so I wanna be extra sure before I go buy ><
