kk Esplande area is quite a nice place for photoshoot.. Have seen some pics taken at Esplande, very nice... Dun think a permit is required cos you are taking the pic at the vicinity, not in the theatre... I have not thought of any places for my outdoor PS but I'm very sure not Sentosa...
