Hi, I'm a 2013 BTB and could'nt make up my mind btw Pan Pac Ocean Ballroom and Orchard hotel. My concern is Orchard Hotel doesnt have a private reception area while Pan Pac has but the ocean ballroom has a lower ceiling and no chandelier. Also, how's the food at both hotels? Would...
