Hi all, I have just sold my resale flat. May I know for HDB 2nd appt, normally is how long from the 1st appt? Does it mean that at the 2nd appt, we have to hand over the flat to our buyer? I scared I can't move out in time by my 2nd appt date as my new flat is not ready yet.
