Anyone out there who can advise me on this? I wanted an anulment with my husband.. but the problem is we have a flat. I appeal to HDB to sell the flat without hitting the minimum occupation period and of course they rejected my appeal.. Anyone has any experience with this or knows of this type...

I want file for annulment.. Any good lawyers to recomend? My husband says that im the one who wants to annul so i should be the paying.. Is it true?
