Hi Ladies, Any suggestions on where I can have a dress made? I just want a simple dress - either sheath or mermaid, not too beaded, train not too long, not exposing too much skin as I'm having a Catholic church wedding. Budget is 1-1.5k as long as it's made of quality materials. Help. Thanks.
