Their herbal pills quite good in getting my bloated stomach off. Not too bad. Just came back from my holiday trip, did not put on much, thankfully! I felt like i ate 4kg down! Up about 0.3kg hehe.. was in bangkok and malaysia, haze not too bad though.

Hiyaz, the TCM tablets is run as a progm also.. i dun think they sell a la carte.. esp to new customers.. well my 1st round on powder is quite good abt 3.5kg.. but the later on was better la.. TCM i like is it does help me with my sleep and weight and tiao li..

My gal pal used these silicon nubras from Far East plaza.. comfy n lifting and increase the size quite abit.. hehe..
