hi ladies, i had my wedding dinner at novotel last dec under Jack. the service was good. food was good too. very happy with their service. no cock-up on actual day too. we did meet up w jack and the IT guy before our wedding to test montage and music.

u mean its normal to make full payment before our actual day? im actually going down to collect my album later. but if we make full payment, what if their attitude change when we need alteration to our bridal gown for ad?

hi jazzy, for myself, i printed much more inserts than i need. i told e hotel ill have 34 tables. entitled to 70% of cards=238 cards. but we printed 400 inserts. btw i printed in JB. quite cheap, only RM 170 for 400 inserts. so i reckon printing more wont harm. anyway printing of inserts is...
