Mandarin Oriental and Fullerton - beautiful ballroom Fairmont - one of the hotels with super high ceiling (very grand). Package is lower than most 5 star hotels

I have shortlisted Oriental and Fullerton for wedding banquet. Don't know which one to choose as both places are good. Anyone got any tips to share? Any feedback on these 2 places?
