    Thanks Wenn. ambience wise, Amara has a hold over Meridien coz it's renovated ballroom is so much nicer than Meridien and it's Lobby is at ground level and more posh. The tricky part is Meridien provides free flow of beer for weekday and A does not! dilemna now....

    Hi all, I am also a tentative Sept bride...now looking out for banquets....and considering Amara and Meridien...anyone has any comments for these 2 hotels? TIA!
