Hi... I was made bankrupt in 2008. And I was discharge in 2015. I own banks around $60K. Well, a bank can sue u bankrupt if u own $1K and above. I try a few times write to ask OA, when can I be discharge? The reply is, I yet to settle 80% of my debt. thus can't discharge. Life being a bankrupt...
