I have a chronic cough that may be due to allergies. In such cases, do I see a pulmo or an ENT specialist?

Personally I'm a very lazy and impatient person, which is why I just go to the doc for chemical peels and pigmentation treatments :) I go to Dr Leo Kah Woon for my pigmentation laser sessions to get rid of my dark areas (I have fair skin) and so far the treatments are effective.

Dr Ng is a good ortho choice. I was previously treated by him when I twisted my ankle after a bad fall. I remember he attended to me immediately even if I didn't call beforehand. He's really kind.
