hi, the coordinator mentioned will provide prompt full refund, till now we have not received any updates. We also unable to reach her thru WhatsApp nor Email. We only received the away email which she is on leave till end of May. We now considering if should made police report.

Hi Annabel, I have received the same update. Would you mind to share how's the situation? Our wedding is on Oct, however the wedding coordinator shared the renovation will be complete on Oct 2025 ( no date). Hence, we're thinking if should we ask for refund and look for another venue.
