Finally got some decent reply from Tirtha. The experienced planner really CMI... Seems like they are out of running....

Contacted Tirtha thru email. Seems like Sebastian not with them anymore. Was told that they have this planner from Japan with 7 years experience but thru the email he replied, he don't seems to know a thing.. Haiz... Well will keep on looking for one..
