Yup. When I was there I was lucky enough that e sakura was still blooming very nicely. Though e yang ming shan ones had been hit down by e rain. According to my coordinator it shouldnt be raining in March. So i guess if u go in March next yr it will just b cold n not doubly cold from e rain...
