Must be some reason why you are doubting him.. If you can identify those factors causing those insecurities.. Talk to him about them.. The best help you can get to help your relationship is from the both of you.. I wish you both well... :)

Hi... I just went through similar situation.. You'd need the final court order to be able to sell the flat... I think you are able to sell one you get the interim court order if you engage own lawyer to do it.. For details.. Still better to check with hdb... Hope this helps for now.. All the best!
