Anyone took a cab before in LA?
Can you share experience b'cos we're thinking of taking a cab to go to a shopping mall but heard that cabs don't stop for you. We don't want the hassle of driving just for a day of F&E.
elmove,
Thanks. Really hope that we've time to visit Burbery Blue. I was afraid that with the early sunset and snow, we would be unable to go sightseeing on our own after the guided tours.
We paid abt 5.5k with no extension. Have they confirmed your extension? I thought of extending but b'cos they can't confirm until 2 weeks before departure and strongly discouraged us due to peak period in Dec so we didn't extend .
ladies,
Just want to check with all of you Coach fans here how does the warranty for Coach bag works? Is the 'warranty card' the receipt? Lifetime warranty? What does the the warranty cover?
Danielle,
The GOR is very 'windy/curvey' so I would not recommend you to drive there your own. But if you're an experienced driver with roads like that then go ahead. Enjoy. The scenery is awesome and must go down to Loch Ard Gorge to play in the water ;-p
Danielle,
1. you need to apply for visa
http://www.australiavisas.com/
2. Victoria Hotel is a good choice but not sure how much.
3. Approx Cab costs AUD45 and skybus cost AUD15
4. There're many car rental companies on the net e.g. Europcar, Thrifty
Anyone has experience buying mangoes etc from Melbourne and flying them back?
I'm going to Syd and Melb 7D on Quantas in Dec on F&E but only allowed 20kg baggage. Anyone has any experience carrying more than 20kg? Did you have to pay for excess baggage? I've been to Melb twice but both...
Anyone stayed at the Royal President Hotel (between Nana and Asoke Skytrain) before? Saw the website http://www.bangkok.com/royalpresident/rooms.htm
.It looks good and also not expensive. Only 3080baht/day for a 2-bedroom apartment
Sue,
How much did you pay for your airtics and accom? So the apartment belongs to your company?
Sailormoonwt,
Did you book from agency or from the internet? How much did you pay? Is it within walking distance to any skytrain?
Anyone here atayed at service apartment while you were there for holiday? Any recommendation?
I'm planning on going Bangkok with my family for 3/4 days. Since there're 4 adults and 1 child, I feel that it's better to get a 2-bedroom service apartment with a kitchenette.
