i only go hcmc.. mayb u r rite. heard from my frens further up vietnam the people there is nicer. hue,hoian, hanoi... mayb next time i can try again. but not hcmc too city. when i exit from hcmc custom the officer also very bad. keep me standing there for nearly 20 mins. keep asking questions...
