Terms and Conditions

1. SingaporeBrides.com's "Most Memorable Moment" photo contest (Contest) is organised by Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd (Organizer) and is open to all Singaporeans and Permanent Residents. The Contest is not open to staff of Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd and their immediate family.
2. Submissions can be received from 2:00pm (GMT+8:00hrs) on 31 October, 2013 until 11:00pm (GMT+8:00hrs) on 23 November, 2013 (Submission Period). All entries received after the submission period will be invalid.
3. To submit an entry, you must email 5 photos of your most memorable moments on your actual wedding day to [email protected], together with your and your partner's names (as in NRIC), your NRICs, your contact number and your email address.
4. SingaporeBrides will select entries which fit the theme best. Of the 5 photos in each selected entry, 1 photo which fits the theme best will be selected and posted onto a Facebook album on SingaporeBrides Facebook page.
5. Only ONE entry per Participant is allowed. If more than one entry is submitted by the same Participant, the first entry of that Participant will be considered as the valid entry and the subsequent entries will be disqualified.
6. Entries will be subject to public viewing during the Contest.
7. Voting on entries is open from 12:00pm (GMT+8:00hrs) on 8 November, 2013 until 12:00pm (GMT+8:00hrs) on 25 November, 2013 (Nomination Period).
8. Only ONE 'Like' per voter is allowed.
9. Only 'Likes' on entries in the original SingaporeBrides Facebook album qualify as votes. 'Likes' on personal shares or posts do not count as votes.
10. Top 10 Voted entries with the highest number of LIKES in the original SingaporeBrides Facebook album will qualify to be selected for the Best 5 entries by SingaporeBrides at its sole discretion. The 5 entries who are not selected for the Best 5 qualifying round will each receive a Consolation Prize.
11. The Best 5 entries each win a feature article, and will qualify for selection to win the Grand Prize and 4 Lucky Prizes by SingaporeBrides at its sole discretion.
12. At the end of the contest period, 1 Grand Prize of 1 night's stay with breakfast for 2 at W Singapore - Sentosa Cove's Fabulous Room, 4 Lucky Prizes of $200 worth of dining vouchers each to W Singapore - Sentosa Cove and 5 Real Weddings Features on SingaporeBrides.com will be given away. In addition, 5 Consolation Prizes of F&B vouchers worth $10 each (Prizes) will be given away to entries which did not make it to the Best 5 entries. The redemption of prizes is subject to availability. The prize will only be shipped to a Singapore address.
13. The winners will be announced and contacted from end of the Nomination Period onwards, at any time deemed appropriate by Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd, via email.
14. The winners will be selected by Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd at its sole discretion. No correspondence shall be entertained.
15. Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd (including its respective employees, staff and agents) shall not be liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith) and/or any damage suffered by any Participant and/or winner in connection with the Contest.
16. The Prizes are not exchangeable for items not featured in the contest. Failure to accept a Prize when required to do so shall constitute a rejection by such winner(s) and Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd reserves the right to award the Prize to another winner.
17. The winners shall be bound by the terms and conditions that come with the Prize by virtue of accepting the Prize.
18. Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd reserves its rights to publish and/or display material or information, including but not limited to, the names and photographs of all Participants for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate. Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd further reserves its right to use any personal data of Participants in any manner and/or for any purpose it deems fit and Participants are deemed to have consented to such use with no monetary payment.
19. Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd reserves its right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest with or without any prior notice and/or reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of the Contest by Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Company for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension of the Contest.
20. The Terms and Conditions herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising material in relation to the Contest.
21. Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd reserves its right to vary, delete and/or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or substitute or replace the Prizes from time to time without any prior notice.
22. By participating in the Contest, it is deemed that the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and will subject to the conditions herein set out upon submission of entry. The decisions of Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd in relation to every aspect of the Contest including but not limited to the type of prize and winner shall be deemed final and conclusive and no complaints from any Participant will be entertained under any circumstance.
23. Once a winner has been selected, the decision is final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence will be entertained.
24. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd and not to Facebook.
