As someone helping to coordinate the wedding between the couple, their parents, and the hotel, I truly understand that it is not easy to manage everyone’s different expectations and concerns.
A very special thank you to Cecilia for her patience, understanding, and willingness to listen and work together to find solutions. She was always professional and supportive, making the entire coordination process much easier. I really appreciate how she took the time to understand the family’s concerns while ensuring that the arrangements were manageable for the hotel team too.
Thank you also to Darren and Hidayah for their hard work and coordination in ensuring everything ran smoothly on the actual wedding day. Your efforts really made a difference!
A big compliment to Chef Raymond and the entire kitchen team! The food received so much positive feedback from the guests, including both the bride’s and groom’s families. The prawns were definitely one of the highlights of the evening! Guests were so impressed by their size that many even took photos and shared them on social media! 😂 The vegetables also received plenty of compliments, and everyone really enjoyed the food.
To be honest, I was quite stressed leading up to the wedding because I wanted everything to turn out well for the couple and their families. At the same time, I didn’t want to make things unnecessarily difficult for the hotel team. I believe that good communication, mutual understanding, and teamwork are what make an event successful.
This was also my first time taking on such an involved wedding coordination role, and I’m really grateful to have worked with such a supportive team.
At the end of the day, all I wanted was for the couple, their families, and their guests to have a beautiful and happy celebration. I’m so glad that everything turned out wonderfully!
