  We recommend contacting us early as popular dates, especially weekends, book quickly. Our team can check availability and hold tentative dates while you finalize your plans.

• What is the minimum spending or minimum number of guests required?

  Our packages are flexible for intimate solemnizations to full celebrations of up to 350 guests. Minimum spend depends on your selected date and time.

• What is the maximum capacity at The Alkaff Mansion?

  L2 Main Dining: 180 guests. L2 Main Dining with Bar & Lounge: 226 guests. Full Mansion (L1 & L2): up to 352 guests depending on layout.

• What does your wedding package include?

  Includes a 4-course menu by UNA restaurant, beverages including draft beer and champagne, AV system with live feed options, bridal room, service staff, floral décor, and wedding stationeries. Fully customizable.

• Can we bring in our own vendors?

  Yes, external vendors are welcome. We also provide a list of trusted partners familiar with the venue.

• Do you have wet-weather backup options?

  Yes, indoor contingency plans are available for outdoor solemnizations to ensure smooth celebrations.

• What are the payment and cancellation policies?

  A deposit secures your booking, with balance payable on the wedding day. Postponements are supported. Cancellation terms are outlined in the contract.

• Do you cater to special dietary requirements?

  Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and special meals are available. Halal meals can be arranged via partners.

• Can we have a food tasting?

  Yes, tastings are available for confirmed bookings.

• How long is the venue booking?

  Standard booking is 4 hours, with options to extend for setup and after-parties.

• What facilities and amenities are provided?

  Includes bridal room, nearby hotel accommodation, AV system, and dedicated coordinator support.

• Are there any décor restrictions?

  Décor is allowed if it does not damage the venue. Certain items require prior approval for safety.

• Do you offer weekday or lunch wedding packages?

  Yes, weekday and lunch packages are available. Contact us for current promotions.

• Is there a cutoff time for celebrations?

  2:00 PM for lunch and 10:30 PM for dinner. Extensions may be arranged upon request.

• Will I have a dedicated wedding coordinator?

  Yes, a dedicated coordinator will be assigned two months before your wedding.

• How far in advance should we book?

  Typically 9–18 months in advance, especially for popular dates. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated.
