I’ve raved to all my friends about Atiqah and I’ll gladly do it again. I went in with 100% full trust in her and I never regretted it. Truly the easiest person to work with and she got along with my friends and family so easily!! She entertained my erratic 3am Pinterest moodboard ideas, even till the very last minute when she had to get my veil and sew it a day before my wedding. On the day itself, I absolutely LOVED the way she treated my skin - it was so gentle and she spent most time prepping it and giving it the much needed TLC it needed before putting on the makeup. The makeup felt like a second skin, NOT thick at all yet covered my flaws and enhanced my features just the right amount. It lasted through the entire afternoon till night and the best part was when I removed my makeup at the end of the day AND REALISED THERE WASN’T MUCH OF IT ON MY FACE! Even my daily makeup is more!!! That’s just talent and precision on another level. She changed my entire perspective of a makeup routine and the importance of skin prep. The only downside is that now, I only want her and only her to do my makeup forever sigh.

More ReviewsOne of the best decision I made during my wedding planning was getting Atiqah as my MUA. I chanced upon Atiqah’s website when I was doing my research for my big day's MUA. With so many good testimonials under her belt, I tried my luck to ask for her availability. She replied yes! Boy I was lucky! As soon as we set the date for make up trial and the rest was history. Atiqah is a very talented MUA. She is punctual, composed and understanding. She is systematic with her work and she is taking her time to understand and exchange opinions of the look that we want to achieve for my big day. She is very skillful and meticulous, not rushing to do my hair and make up to make sure everything is perfect. She made me confidently beautiful on my wedding day. I love everything she did from my face to the details of my hair styling. Overall, I feel stunning and beautiful. Everyone in the wedding praised my look thanks to her. She also did some touch up for my husband as well and he loved it too. Atiqah definitely worth every bride’s penny and trust to bring out the best in them for their big day. More ReviewsI engaged Atiqah’s services for my Actual Day and had a really pleasant experience getting my make up and hair done by her. She’s very friendly, and is also very knowledgeable about skincare and make up, and even shared some tips with me while doing my skincare and make up. I actually did my PWS make up on my own, and definitely regretted not engaging her services then. But I’m glad I chanced upon her handle on Singapore Brides in time for my big day! I would highly recommend her to all BTBs who are looking for a make up artist for their big day! My make up lasted throughout my event and I didn’t have to touch up at all. She was very thoughtful and also provided me a small lipstick sample for me to touch up (just in case) - which I really appreciate! Definitely 5 stars!!!

More ReviewsNo regrets at all engaging Atiqah as the makeup artist for my pre-wedding shoot, solemnisation and reception! I chose her for her beautiful and natural makeup and am so thankful that I could be a recipient of this makeup for my most important day too. Throughout the process, Atiqah was friendly and accommodating. She was versatile in being able to execute many different types of looks and prioritised my wishes for hair and makeup. The hair and makeup was long lasting even in the hot sun. I would definitely recommend Atiqah as a MUA - and have done so to my sister who will be engaging her services for her wedding too!

More ReviewsAtiqah was my friend’s makeup artist for her wedding and the moment I saw the photos, I knew that her makeup style was exactly what I was looking for: simple glam mixed with myself-but-better.
Atiqah was very pleasant to communicate with and she responded quickly to my questions. After sending her some makeup looks and hairstyles, she knew what I wanted. During the trial, she explained all the products that she was using and did 2 makeup looks for me to choose from.
On the day of my ROM, she arrived on time and was bubbly even at 5:45am in the morning. She made me feel at ease and we happily chatted away. Atiqah also remembered my comments from after the trial and adjusted accordingly.
My friends and family all commented that my makeup was amazing and that I looked like an upgraded version of usual look.
I HIGHLY recommend Atiqah because she’s very communicative, made me feel comfortable and knows what she’s doing :)

More ReviewsAtiqah was such a savior for my wedding day! She was punctual at 5am for my actual day makeup and hair, put on a face mask for me while doing my hair and always made sure whatever pins she's putting on my head doesn't hurt me. I love the hairstyles she did for me, truly nailed what I wanted. I wanted a more natural makeup too and during the trial she suggested two styles for me to choose from. The makeup was great, it looked natural enough and not too simple for a wedding.
She was with me throughout as I prepare for my wedding in the morning, helping to hold random things I need help with and ran around to help me get stuff. She also gave a lot of advices based on all the weddings she've worked for, which is great help because I'm so clueless about everything. She's super friendly and nice to work with, truly one of the best decisions I made this wedding!

More ReviewsI am glad I picked Atiqah as my MUA for my wedding. She is passionate about her work, and loves what she does.
Before the wedding, she would provide advise on how to prep my skin to ensure it was in good condition on my wedding day.
On the actual day, Atiqah followed me through my morning session and was constantly checking and touching up my makeup, ensure there was no stray hairs caught on camera. Really appreciate her attentiveness. She even voluntarily hold my gown train when we did a quick photo shoot near the wedding venue.
All in all, Atiqah did a wonderful job making me look fab. I am happy with the looks she did for me.

She was always punctual and meticulous in understanding my preferences. She even went above and beyond expectations by customizing hair accessories and imcluding a face massage go de-puff my face. More ReviewsAtiqah is such a friendly MUA who makes you feel relaxed and at ease on your big day. Her AD package is all inclusive (hair and make up trial, ampoules, lashes etc.) and has no additional early morning surcharge or hidden cost. Really love how natural the make up turned out and it lasted me from 9am all the way till 6pm without any touch up and I still looked great! What I really loved about her was the pre-makeup preparations on AD. She spent about 30 mins preparing your skin with a mask and a device to massage your face to ensure the products can be absorbed to ensure a lasting makeup. Highly recommended!

More ReviewsI entrusted Beauty without Filter to doll me up on my wedding day and I was glad I did! My make-up preference was natural looking, yet not too bland - afterall, you need to stand out on your big day! The trial was a breeze and I immediately loved how the look turned out from the start, Atiqah knew what exactly matched my skin tone. On my actual day, the make-up survived the entire afternoon - despite being under the sun for several hours as I had an outdoor shoot AND outdoor solemnization. All I did was touch up my lipstick and blot off the shine. My guests had endless praises for my hairdo too! Atiqah managed to pull off a pinterest-worthy hairdo although I have relatively thin hair Without a doubt, 100% would recommend Beauty without Filter!

Before the session, she would constantly check on how I did my skin care routine to ensure that my skin was in good condition on the day itself for the makeup to look its best. She would also check on the colour theme of my bouquet during my AD and matched the make up to the colours of my bouquet. Even my photographer and florist were impressed. Aside that, we were sharing ideas on Pinterest prior to the AD and the PWS. She would patiently look through what I wanted to explain to me what suits me and what didn't, and why. She helped me for both my PWS and AD and the make up for both occasions were superb!

More ReviewsI engaged Atiqah for my ROM and she was great! I wanted to create the retro hairstyle and make-up effect, and Atiqah turned my imagination into reality! Her skills were really good, especially the make-up for the hair and eyes! Many times I see my friends' eyelash extensions start to droop after a few hours into their events, but Atiqah did mine and it stayed really curly throughout the entire day! Like literally the entire day without any need for touch up!! Thank you Atiqah! I will definitely engage her for my actual wedding day!
