Divorce, annulment, what are my choices?

Hi people, really need help here as the marriage laws are driving me crazy.

First of all, I'm married for 2 years. Married a foreigner and now regretting my choice. There's no possible chance we can get back again as the love is no longer there and there are too many differences in us. We are quarreling almost every week due to our characters are too different.

I wanted to get an annulment by stating non-consumption but she would not agree to the reason as it puts the blame for her. Is it possible if I seek annulment by saying I do not want to consummate?

If it's not possible i guess the option is only divorce. Can I go for divorce once the 3 years are up or do I have to wait another 3 years for separation? I can't imagine waiting another 3 lonely years just to divorce as I intend to marry again.

Thanks in advance for all the great advices coming.

As what i understand, so long you fulfilled 3 years, there is no need for 3 years separation.

Pardon me, why would you marry a girl who you do not even know her characters? And it is a foreigner?
Matchmaking?
