hi ladies, i am currently in a body shaping program (started for 2 weeks) which have successfully transformed many people's body in weeks or the most 3 months (depending on individual). It is NOT about dieting which always backfire or going through physical pain or losing unknown weight (which usually are not fats but water or even muscle, which is very dangerous!) but about changing a lifestyle, making our body healthier, younger and sexier, and the BEST part, it is not having to eat tasteless meal everyday!
