The Louvre Bridal: Timeless Elegance at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel
On 12 July 2015, in the opulent Grand Ballroom of Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel, The Louvre Bridal unveiled their latest Korean Designer collection, Timeless Elegance Episode 2. True to its name, the collection features a combination of white and coloured gowns in classic silhouettes that exuded a sophistication that endures through time.
Models floated down the aisle in ballgowns worthy of a fairytale princess, featuring embroidered lace and premium fabrics, and alluring sweetheart and illusion necklines for a touch of subtle feminine sensuality. The Louvre Bridal’s pastel coloured evening gowns upped the romance factor with sweet lilac, Cinderella-blue and mint shades in dainty sweetheart necklines and off-shoulder silhouettes.
While the brides go starry eyed over the dreamy gowns, The Louvre Bridal showed the grooms in the room how to work colours and patterns on their suits with a brown 3-piece checkered men’s suit and a dark blue suit with a touch of red. More conservative grooms need not shy away from colour entirely for their big day. Instead of the usual all black suit, opt for a charcoal grey suit with a classic white shirt for a hint of colour.
